Our Board of Directors

	Mr. Frank Nneji, OON Is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. He founded the Company in 1993. He also is the Chairman of ABC Express Courier Limited; a subsidiary of ABC Transport Plc. A 1982 graduate of Biological Sciences of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, he passed through the Chief Executive Programme of the Lagos Business School (LBS), Nigeria , and Wharton Business School , USA . Mr. Nneji served as the President of Owerri Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (OCCIMA) from 2000-2003 and has also represented the transport sector as a pioneer Member of the Board of Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA). He has won many awards for his innovation and successful business initiatives, a few of which are the Outstanding Young Person of the Year award in 1997 from Nigerian Jaycees, 2001 Fate Model Entrepreneur of the Year Award for creating excellence and ethics in business from Fate Foundation; Silver Jubilee Award from the Imo State Government for distinguished contribution to the development of Imo State also in 2001. Mr. Nneji is an Honorary Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), UK , and a recipient of the National Honour of the Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON).
	Mr. Jude Nneji Is the Deputy Managing Director of ABC Transport Plc. He started his career with Rapido Ventures Limited after his graduation in Pharmacy from the University of Nigeria , Nsukka in 1990. He is also a 2002 graduate of the Advanced Management Programme run by the Lagos Business School ( Pan African University ). He has participated in various International Conferences relating to Logistics and Tourism. He joined ABC Plc. At inception as an Executive Director and oversees the company's operations in the Western Zone. He has been able to bring his wealth of experience in administration to bear in the smooth and more efficient running of the company.
	Dr. Aloysius Nwogwugwu Is a non-executive Director. He is a doctorate degree holder in Political Sociology and had his undergraduate and post graduate education from Amherst College Massachusetts , USA and Institut d' c' tudes politigues de Paris , France . He is currently a chief lecturer at the Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri and a seasoned administrator. Dr. Nwogwugwu, a prolific writer ha authored several academic books. He speaks Ibo, English, French and German.
	Mr. Kabiru Abdullahi Yusuf Is a non- executive Director. He is the Editor-in-Chief and Chief Executive Officer of Media Trust Limited. He was a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Political Science, Usman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto and has worked in various media capacities as a columnist and commentator. He was the Editor, Daily Triumph; Executive Editor, Citizen Magazine; Foreign Correspondent, BBC Africa Service and TV Presenter, NTA Sokoto. He is widely traveled. In 1981, he won a graduate fellowship to Canada; a traveling grant to the United States in 1985 and a research grant to five Southern African countries in 1994. He holds a first degree in History & Political Science from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Masters Degree in Political Economy from the Univeristy of Toronto, Canada.
	Mr. Olumide Obayomi Is a non-executive Director joined African Capital Alliance (ACA), the holding company of Capital Alliance Nigeria , in July, 1998. He brings to the firm a wealth of experience in accounting, financial reporting and control, taxation and general management both in the public and private sectors. He also has competences in financial modeling, , business valuation, strategic planning, business management and establishment and management of new businesses. He has an upward of 20 years post-degree experience, including over 15 years experience in the financial services sector. Prior to joining ACA, Olumide had worked with the Ogun State University where he left in 1990 as Principal Accountant. He was Assistant Chief Accountant in a multinational bank in Nigeria until 1993 when he joined a Nigerian investment group where he eventually had responsibility or the management of 2 non-bank financial institutions, a finance company and a mortgage institution. Olumide holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in F finance. He is a Nigerian chartered accountant (FCA) and an associate of both Nigerian Institute of Management and Chartered Institute of Taxation. He serves on the board of a number of companies (including ABC Transport Plc.) in Nigeria .
	Uche Ohimai-Ehimiaghe Mrs Uche Ohimai-Ehimiaghe represents Leoandoe Investments. She holds a B.A (Hons) in English Language from Lagos State University (1998) as well as an Executive Management Certificate in Strategic Leadership from Simmons College, Boston Massachusetts U.S.A (2002). She is a seasoned Human Resource Management professional with a wealth of living experience. She had a brief stint as a Personnel Officer with Nigerian Population Commission (NPC) before joining the Shell Group in 1991 where she served in various HR capacities. Some positions she held in Shell Group include: Head, Human Resources Unit (External Relations); Head; Human Resource Unit (Human Resources); Senior HR Policy Development Adviser; HR Adviser , Policy Development; Industrial & Employee Relations Adviser. Mrs. Uche Ohimai-Ehimiaghe is currently a member of the Board of Directors of 3 very successful organisations in Africa. She was a Lagos State Gubernatorial candidate for the Fresh Democratic Party during the April 2007 election, a true testament of her sense of social responsibility and dedication to public service.
	MR JOHN OKORO  Mr. John Okoro is a non-executive Director and holds a Bachelor of Agriculture Degree in Agricultural Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile Ife, Osun State and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Banking & Finance from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB) and also a seasoned Banker and worked for a period of 20 years for First Bank of Nigeria Plc in both senior and management levels. He is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Summertime International Ltd, a firm of financial consultants and business facilitators.
	BRR. VIVIAN OKPE (Company Secretary) Brr. Vivian Okpe is the company secretary/Legal Adviser. She holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) Degree from University of Lagos (UNILAG), Barrister-at-Law (BL) from Nigerian Law School, Abuja; Masters in International Business Law (LLM) from Girme American University, Girme North Cyprus. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA), England. Before joining ABC Transport, Brr. Okpe was the Legal Adviser of Prepaid Medicare Services, Wuse 11 Abuja.
